Hayk has a sound record of legal support of complex international transactions, managing large-scale legal due diligence projects in such areas as banking, telecommunication, energy, mining. Hayk's primary areas of expertise include Corporate law, Business law, IP law, M&A, Employment law, and Sports law .
Hayk holds a PhD in Law. He is a member of the Chamber of Advocates of Armenia.
